Senior Consulting, LLC serves as a senior living Developer on behalf of churches, development partnerships and, in some cases, land owners. As a Senior Living Developer, Senior Consulting initially conducts a senior living market analysis. If the study is positive, SC then proceeds to identify a site in the market, if there is not a Subject Property already identified.
Thereafter, the next step for the senior living Developer would be to develop a preliminary concept plan or layout of an appropriate building(s) that would suit the market demand. Senior Consulting typically completes a preliminary concept plan with its own in-house engineer. Thereafter, we identify a local, experienced civil engineering firm to further develop the concept plan; assist us in conducting due diligence on the site before proceeding to entitlements and approvals for Independent Living; Assisted Living; and/or Memory Care.
Once we have approvals, we will identify the best-suited operator or manager (sometimes our affiliate Senior Living Management, LLC) and proceed, and establish the appropriate team to obtain project financing.
